My family and I have been staying at the Voyageur for some time now. It's become our go-to place whenever we are in the Toronto area. If you drive, it's far more affordable than staying anywhere downtown, even if the commute is a fair bit longer. The front desk staff are exceptional. Any request or questions I've had are answered amazingly, and the customer service is nothing short of phenomenal. The breakfast is delicious, has a ton of variety, and is reasonably priced for someone on a bit of a budget. Rooms themselves are well maintained, clean, and often very accessible if you manage to snag one up against the parking lot. Beds are comfortable, and the wifi works very well. Nothing bad to say at all. Will be staying there again real soon!

We stayed at the Best Western Voyageur this weekend as we were in town for a wedding. We stayed in the motel section which was great as we were able to park right in front of our room. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfy so we both got a good nights sleep. The next morning housekeeping came and tidied up a bit (made the bed, replaced the soap we had used already etc). We also had breakfast at the restaurant on site (The Buttery) and it was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was delicious! I recommend staying at this location if you are ever in New Market.

What an incredibly accommodating, friendly and exceptional staff! We stayed at the Best Western in Newmarket for 3 nights (February 15-18) for a ringette tournament. The staff was AMAZING! Definitely recommend choosing the BW Newmarket for your next stay! We'll be back in March! Thanks to all the staff that was working this weekend! Appreciate everything you did for our team! Very clean and well maintained!

We received nothing but the best service from Best Western Newmarket. The staff Ritu, Tony, Richard and housekeeping went above and beyond accommodating our Ringette team. We will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend this hotel for any one but especially sports teams!

Absolutely wonderful ! The hotel and rooms are well maintained and clean. Above all, the staff at the front desk were as friendly and helpful as any that we've encountered in recent memory. We were here for 4 nights and would have stayed longer except they were pre-booked.
